At Handkarma, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Changed your mind? No problem. You can return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging. Email us your order no and a photo to handkarma@gmail.com
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Once approved, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except where an item is faulty or incorrect.
Wholesale Cancellations
They are accepted within 1 working day of being placed, and the deposit is refunded. Outside of this, you can appreciate that we would have ordered your stock and, therefore, a 20% fee may be charged.
Wholesale Damages and issues
Please inspect your order within 2 working days and report your concerns via email if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the incorrect products. Defective products will be replaced if deemed so. Returns must be returned in the original condition and packaging in which they were received. All our products are inspected before dispatch, but sometimes we humans get it wrong. We are here to help. Returns require prior approval from Handkarma.
Wholesale Refunds
As a wholesale brand, we don't refund for a change of mind.
