We ship across Australia using Australia Post. If you have selected the non-tracked shipping option, please note that once these orders are posted, we are not responsible and are unable to track your order.

Handkarma is not responsible for delays caused by Australia post at certain peak seasons.

Wholesale

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the wholesale customer unless otherwise agreed. We use Australia Post. Shipping costs are not refundable. Handkarma is not responsible for lost or damaged parcels. We will pack your order carefully.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, although we will always try to get the goods out to you ASAP! There are obvious times of the year that maybe feel like snail mail...LOL
