How to Use Your Love & Light Smudge Kit
1. Open all windows and doors to allow smoke to flow freely through your space.
2. Light the tip of the white sage wand over a heat-safe bowl or abalone shell until it glows. Gently blow out any flame, allowing it to smudge.
3. Walk through each room, guiding the smoke into corners, closets, and doorways with intention.
4. Hold the selenite crystal wand nearby to amplify clearing energy, or place it on your altar.
5. Ground yourself by holding the rose quartz palm stone to your heart, setting your intention for the space.
6. Use the palo santo stick after smudging for a lighter, complementary fragrance—light and let it burn for 30 seconds before blowing out.
7. Allow smoke to naturally dissipate or fan it toward open windows.
8. Store all items in a cool, dry place away from moisture.
Safety: Never leave burning materials unattended. Keep away from children and pets.
